Tip:
The quality of the strawberries will really affect the taste of these popsicles. Try to get fresh, ripe strawberries at the peak of the season.
Ingredients (serves 6-8):
- 3 cups strawberries, stems removed
- 3 Tbsp fresh sage leaves, torn into pieces
- 1 cup water
Preparation:
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (If you want a sweeter popsicle, you can add a bit of honey.)
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
